New Book Helps Kids Cope with Cyberbullying

Cyberbullying is a problem that affects a huge number of American teens. In a recent study, 10% of middle-school students reported experiencing cyberbullying in the previous 30 days. Around 8% admitted to cyberbullying others, and approximately 5% of students were both cyberbullied and the cyberbully in the previous 30 days. The accessibility of social networking sites, the growing ease with which the darker world of cyberspace can be brought into the home, and the alarmingly fast way young people have latched onto online life shows that statistics like this are only going to get worse.
